As our Medical Surgical Nurse at CHI Williston, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency.

Responsibilities

  • Expect to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift

  • Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation

  • Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging

We are offering a $20,000 sign on bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse License for State of North Dakota, or compact state, prior to hire

  • Six (6) Months Of Experience In an acute care setting required (New graduates are required to go through our residency training program)

  • Previous neuro experience preferred, but not required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Pay Range

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
