To join the ranks of CommonSpirit Health at Home, bring your associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Technology, a current state license to practice, and a heart filled with compassion. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation become your instruments of empowerment. One year of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting becomes the foundation upon which you build the symphony of care.

Qualifications
Associates degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Current license to practice in the state serviced.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification
One-year occupational therapy experienc e required.
Must obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as this is now a requirement in step with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Home care experience preferred.

Pay Range
$29.66 - $47.46 /hour
