Responsibilities

  • Remote position.

  • Provides advice, guidance, and support to help people to adopt and embed best-practice approaches to process management. Maintains procedures in the assigned area of responsibility. Reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency. Manages and maintains process compliance in line with business and regulatory

  • requirements involving knowledge of technical processes, tools and techniques. Identifies, assesses and communicates associated risks.

  • Leads focused technical analysis discussions, delivers supporting artifacts and drives review sessions for all necessary approvals.

  • Selects, acquires and integrates data for analysis. Develops data hypotheses and methods, trains and evaluates analytics models, shares insights and findings and continues to iterate with additional data.

  • Models and analyzes current state and future state processes; fosters understanding of how a project impacts current state.

  • Project assignments are complex projects or enterprise-wide assignments.

  • Works on one or more projects or process areas as an expert and provides direction where required.

  • Provides advice and guidance for effective use of measures and measurement. Establishes measurement objectives.

  • Seeks to identify repeatable issues or requests and perform continuous process improvement activities to ultimately improve customer satisfaction experience.

  • Develop knowledge and participate in transitions including training others.

  • Participate in release management functions which may include developing test plans, performing test plans, facilitating with end users for end user acceptance testing.

  • Effectively communication across teams and all levels of management. The incumbent will exercise expert business judgment, financial management knowledge, and effective leadership skills across the enterprise to identify, measure, and drive positive outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Requires 10 or more years of experience as a report writer.

  • Prefer experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills are required. This includes the ability to present highly technical concepts, solutions, and issues in a manner business managers can leverage to support their business operations.

  • Excellent presentation, report writing and documentation skills are required.

  • Ability to evaluate requests, data and draw conclusions.

  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills to recommend solutions.

  • ITIL Foundation certificate preferred

  • Expert level understanding and comfort leading business and technology partners through a structured development life cycle and support model. This includes expert knowledge of technical requirement gathering, specification development, and creation reports to meet business objectives.

  • Ability to understand operational processes and metrics as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT leadership in a concise and easily-understandable manner.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines is required.

  • Ability to work independently and in a complex, matrixed, and particularly outsourced team environment is required.

Pay Range

$42.69 - $61.91 /hour
